Golden Passage is a channel between islands in the northern Komodo area that funnels strong currents through a narrow gap. The nutrient-rich flow attracts reef sharks, giant trevally, and occasional manta rays passing through. The walls of the passage are covered in sea fans and soft corals that sway in the current. This is a thrilling drift dive that rewards experienced divers with big pelagic encounters.
