Beginner-friendly (Open Water certified): Siaba Besar, Sebayur Kecil, Tatawa Besar, Manta Point, Batu Monco, Sabolon Kecil.
Intermediate (Advanced Open Water): Batu Bolong (with guide assessment), Mawan, Golden Passage, Manta Alley, Cannibal Rock.
Advanced (50+ dives recommended): Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, The Cauldron/Shotgun, Three Sisters, Nisaleme Island.
Pro tip: No single day trip can cover all the best sites. A minimum of 3 dive days — or ideally a liveaboard — is needed to sample the full range of Komodo's underwater landscapes.
